Travelling through Thailand early in her career, Stef was introduced to the idea of the connection between the body’s vital energy, emotional state and the physical body.
In 21 years, she trained with some of the most advanced and talented practitioners in New Zealand and Australasia, in advanced physical, energetic and mindset approaches.

Stef’s sessions uses multiple techniques;  Therapeutic massage, Acupressure and Subtle energy balancing ( Reiki, Craniosacral techniques, Polarity and others)
